Learn to Breathe [Video]

Life is a hectic, chaotic mess. At times it can feel as though it’s impossible to breathe, buried as we are under job, family, and volunteer responsibilities.

For many of us, that’s what makes fly fishing so cathartic – it teaches us to slow down and breathe.

For one angler, it did much more than that. He quit his job and drove to Montana, hoping the streams and lakes of the state would teach him to breathe again.

You can watch his journey in this beautiful video.
